RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a structured refund policy on returned products as follows:

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Customers are eligible for refunds if:

Refunds are calculated only on the original billing amount and not on the current silver price or market value.

A. RETURNS WITHIN 6 MONTHS

If a product is returned within 6 months from the date of purchase:

●Customer is eligible for a refund after deduction of 25% of the billing amount

EXAMPLE:

If product purchase price = ₹1,00,000

Refund calculation:

●Deduction: 25% of 1,00,000 = ₹25,000

●Refund amount = ₹75,000

👉 Customer will receive ₹75,000

B. RETURNS AFTER 6 MONTHS

If the product is returned after 6 months from the date of purchase:

●Customer is eligible for a refund of 50% of the billing amount

EXAMPLE:

If product purchase price = ₹1,00,000

Refund amount = ₹50,000

IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION

●Refunds are calculated only on the invoice value.

●The current market value of silver or gemstones is not considered for refund calculations.

DAMAGES / WEAR & TEAR

●Any damage, scratches, missing parts, or signs of usage will be assessed separately.

●Additional deductions will be applied based on the condition of the product.

●Final refund amount will be decided after quality inspection.
